What to Do If You Do Not Meet the Cut Off Score
The fact that you do not meet the required cut off mar does not mean there are no options for you. There are few options which terns has sourced out for you.
1. Apply for admission under supplementary list
Supplementary list is a complementary list in which the university makes up the admission quota or gives admission considering certain factors. In this list, students are limited and in some cases, students with less score or aggregate scores are admitted. So, you can utilize the opportunity.
NOTE: applying for admission in the supplementary list does not guarantee admission.
2. Retake Examination
This an option where you get ready for the next JAMB examination. Before you write, prepare yourself well and make up your mind to perform better than you ever did.
Going for the second missionary journey isn’t a crime. In fact, in most cases it is the best because you realize your mistakes and reshape yourself better.
3. Go for JUPEB
JUPEB allows you to get admitted directly into 200 level class in any course of your choice in the university. It is just as you were admitted in to the university but you need to write an examination which will qualify you into 200 level class as a full time student of YABATECH.
However, joining JUPEB does not guarantee admission into 200 level as you have so many other students to compete with.
Conclusion
While YABATECH admission process might be stressful due to its competitiveness, it is important to note that you can reach their requirements and secure an admission slot for yourself.
